Pi Day (for good little kittens)

What a terrible cat momma am I! My girl, she’s just so sweet to hold still and model this beautiful Bali Charm Necklace. It showed up in the mail yesterday (did I have something to do with that?). It’s round and here just in time for 3.14, Pi Day. The gold color is a purrrfect compliment to charcoal gray fur. It’s a happy household of stylish girls tonight!

Bali Charm Necklace by Gorjana.  Her work is as pretty as her name.

Fab’dict

Does that work? “Fab‘dict”? Definitely reads better, so be careful saying that one out loud. Ooooh, I got it!: “Daylignt Savings”? Get it? Cuz it’s about time AND a deal. I just ordered MORE stuff! I have the app now and push alerts for when new sales begin. I think I have to stop. I can’t stop. The Fab interface is just so juicy and clean. They know how to trigger my tactile desires. The only way I can act out these urges is to have these objects in my possession!!! Ok. This is good. I just sound sad. This is exactly the type of public-facing humiliation I’ve been needing.

This week’s tactile cravings come from paper. Thick, embossed paper! Created by Emily H. Martin of OrangeBeautiful—a super cute Chicago based boutique and studio. It’s been fun reading about Emily. Without Fab, I never would’ve been introduced to her beautiful eye!

And, look. It’s sold out! Now it’s even better.

Prep Board that Measures

Well, here it is! This is what was in yesterday’s mystery delivery. Every now and then I get these bright ideas to be hyper organized. These boards were discounted 60+% on Fab. So, of course I bought three! One for me, two for gifts. Smart use of surface etching. It has a variety of diameters for rolling out crusts, linear measurement along the side, and a conversion chart in one corner!!! It’s so obvious. All boards should be like this.
